Safe & Sound Protocol: Calm Your Nervous System, Transform Your Life

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a groundbreaking music-based therapy that helps calm the nervous system and improve how we connect, learn, and grow. By targeting the vagus nerve—our body’s pathway to feeling safe—SSP shifts us from stress to balance, unlocking greater calm, focus, and connection. *Available to Individuals and couples.

How SSP Helps

Safe & Sound Protocol leverages neuroscientist Steven Porges’ polyvagal theory. By listening to specially filtered music through headphones, SSP retrains your nervous system to feel more grounded and engaged. It teaches your ears to focus on important sounds, like voices, by filtering out background noise.

This  intervention is used alongside a provider or remotely; the SSP can be offered to clients who are in therapy with Liz or another provider.

SSP is ideal for:

Anxiety

Trauma

Emotional overwhelm

Sensitivity to sound

Trouble focusing

Social communication challenges
